Penalty: 5 years probation along with $5,000 restitution, 100 hours of community service and testifying truthfully in trials related to this case.

Kenneth Chesebro (aka Co-conspirator 5) pleads guilty to 1 felony count of conspiracy to commit filing of false documents.
Penalty: 5 years probation, $5,000 in restitution, an apology letter (already written?) to the citizens of Georgia, and agreements to testify truthfully in the remaining pending cases.
